We're a happy and stable team, and provide a full range of GP services. We have a modern, well-equipped surgery with parking facilities for patients. Our practice boundary area covers all of central Plymouth and most of suburban Plymouth up to Roborough in the north, Plympton in the east and Tamerton Foliot in the north west.

History of the Practice

Friary House Surgery started out as Ebrington Street Surgery in 1918, and is one of the longest-established and largest GP practices in Plymouth, caring for approximately 12,000 patients. We moved to our current site, a former stationmaster's house which has been purpose-modified, in 1986.
